Patsy's Pies is a diner owned by Margo Mierzejewski and managed by Fiona Gallagher, formerly managed by Sean Pierce. It is a frequent location used for Season 5 and up. In the series finale, it appears to have been driven out of business by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Season Five[]
Sean manages the diner and gives Fiona a job there as a waitress after she is released from prison and is struggling to find a job. As a recovering heroin addict, Sean hires many ex-convicts at the diner. Sean and Fiona also grant dishwashing jobs at Patsy's to Ian, Lip, and Carl throughout the series.
Season 11[]
In the series finale, Frank Gallagher discovers that Patsy's is boarded up with a sign on it advertising the property for sale or for lease, suggesting that the COVID-19 pandemic had ultimately forced Margo to shut Patsy's down. On the bottom of Patsy's main advertising sign, the broken lettering spells out a message reading "Closed We Miss You."
